Here are a few of the steps you can try in order to fix this:
1) Add all S4 League / Aeria related files to the exclusion list of your firewall and your antivirus programs.
2) Uninstall S4 League.
3) Uninstall Aeria Ignite (anything that has to do with S4 League/Aeria).
4) Use the registry cleaner in ccleaner (to remove hidden files).
5) Run ccleaner normally.
6) Recheck registry cleaner.
7) Restart your computer.
8) Fully defrag with defraggler and restart your PC once more.
9) Reinstall S4 League and Aeria Ignite.
