Problema server minecraft vanilla 1.4.7

Io ho creato un server minecraft ancora per la versione 1.2.5 ed ho usato lo stesso procedimento per la 1.4.7 ma a me si collega mentre a mio fratello (che siamo nella stessa rete non si collega) e gli da una schermata con su scritto:

Connessione al server fallita
Connection refused: connect
​

io cosa devo fare? avete un link per guida alla creazione di un server minecraft 1.4.7? aiutatemi vi prego...
N.B. io sono premium e lui craked...

Probabilmente gli hai dato l'ip sbagliato

no... è quello giusto... io gli ho dato l' ip di hamachi...

Sbagliato... Se state in lan devi passargli il tuo ip fisso!
Oppure invitalo in una rete hamachi e passagli l'ip di hamachi

Se invece tuo fratello si trova in un altra rete (non di hamachi) devi aprire pure le porte del router

ho creato una rete hamachi e lui è dentro questa rete... ma niente... siamo tutti e due nella stessa rete...
a me viene fuori questo quando avvio il file .exe:
