I dont really know what to say here, the server itself seems very bad made, updates that are made havent been tested at all they get pushed out and 10 minutes later taken back since there are bugs. The daily quests of zenas/erenia are literally wrong, the Zenas quest says u need to hunt erenia and the other way around.
The staff team which is "Maestro" and "Joseph" try their best i think but they seem very overwhelmed with the ppl because their english isnt really good which makes talking to them even harder. As ppl stated above their behavior isnt the best neither do they care about the rules. there are some germans out there in the nostale community which are hella racist saying cringe stuff as ur usual pvp nostale community simply is. they typed the n bomb etc. in their discord and insulted other ppl.
i get it sometimes u mock around etc. but there is a point which goes a bit too far and they went past that line and guess what. the staff team doesnt care at all. they delete the messages and ignore what happened instead of banning them from the discord. as their own rules say "2.1. Be kind to other players and treat them respectfully. Insulting, threatening, body shaming, homophobic, racist, drug-related, radical or vulgar behavior is strictly forbidden."
Its just a huge joke of a server.
U want to help someone that needs lv45 gear in a cuby raid so u just duo the raid? AH u cant. cuz u can only raid with atleast 3 ppl since u need to play an MMO together. Hard to do if no one helps. thats just an example.
Now, lets say u are having issue u lost an item due to an server issue/lag etc. whatever u name it. And u start asking if u could get an refund because their was an DDOS attack or another bugfix they couldnt do because they didnt test their stuff and u lose ur whatever it is right. they dont care about it its ur loss, no matter how small this item is. imo. its just an item so why not just refund it as if that would have an massive impact to the economy. maybe im just overreacting but come on not even official server is that bad.

2/10 would go to any other server that isnt NosWild or this.
