Domanda [AIUTO] Problema con PuTTy

Buongiorno, inizio col dire che non so se sia la sezione giusta, se ho sbagliato chiedo gentilmente di spostare il post.

Oggi dopo tanto tempo ho deciso di aprire il mio primo dedicato, il mio problema è il seguente

[root@host ~]# cd /
[root@host /]# cd /usr
[root@host usr]# fetch http://..........altervista.org/filer.tar.gz
-bash: fetch: command not found
[root@host usr]#

Quando provo a scaricare i file server mi dice che il non trova il comando fetch.
Come fare per risolvere?
