Non ascoltarlo, se non ti fa prendere le cose al pokestop, catturare i pokemon ne combattere sognifica che sei stato bannato.

a volte nn le fa sfidare anche se nn hai soft ban , credo siano problemi del server: esempio 10 min fa io stavo facendo palestra poi dopo 5 min non andava piu, ora mi fa sfidare di nuovo

se fa cosi è soft ban

no quando lo ho avuto io , causa fake gps, dopo 2h potevo giocare normalmente
